All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place an order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using your original payment method. If you are purchasing a product that is on ‘pre-order’ the date of shipping will be displayed on the product description.

Shipping process

Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days of receipt during non-peak times or seasons. In peak seasons please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed. Upon shipping, you will be notified by email with a tracking number.Please note: if you place multiple orders within the same time period, we may combine them into one shipment. This only applies to orders placed with the same account, shipping address, and delivery time.
